Welcome to the Bankcard Pros Merchant Online Application!

Our online merchant application will only take about 5 minutes to complete. In addition to filling out our online application, you will need to FAX the following documents to our business office using our Toll Free FAX line at (562) 679-4636:

• A copy of the driver's license of the business owner
• If you were previously processing with another merchant provider, we will need a copy of your previous 3 merchant processing statements
• A copy of a voided check with a valid Checking Account and Routing Number
• If Sole Proprietor:  we will need your social security number
• If LLC or Corp:  we will need your Federal Tax ID Number or Employer ID Number
• A copy of your DBA business license
• A copy of a utility bill for your location with your name and address on it
